49er Express: Begin a Discussion

To begin a discussion on the message board, you will need to post a topic to the course homepage. Please follow the instructions below to post a topic to your course.

Step 1: Posting a Message

1. Click Message Board, under Course Tools.

Step 2: Posting a Message (cont.)

1. To post a message, click Post a Topic.

Step 3: Adding a Title and Message

1. In the "Title:" text box, type the title of the topic.
2. In the "Description" text box, type the message you would like your students to read or respond to.
3. Click Post.
