e-Learning

E-learning comprises a wide spectrum of educational solutions which results from assessing learning needs and then determining the best e-learning methods or tools for the situation. It should not be simply viewed as the use of course management tools, software, or computers. Rather it’s the process of how an individual uses these tools for specific and pre-existing needs. Successful e-learning instruction is pleasing, effective, and long lasting.

The Center for Teaching and Learning provides an array of e-learning services to UNC Charlotte’s faculty, staff and students, including workshops, consultations, web and print resources, orientations, and technical support and product administration of our support products, which include Bb Vista, Centra, SurveyShare, Turnitin and Respondus.
